So we’ve got some news. Jess Templeton is now a director of Geelong Real Estate Co.
Today ironically marks the day 3 years ago that Jess joined the business signing her employment contract on a chair out the back of the office because before I could afford to fully furnish the place.
Her unquestionable loyalty and belief in my vision, and in what’s now “our” brand reiterates to me why she’s so deserving of everything in life that’s coming her way especially this.
I couldn’t be more thankful to have Jess as a protégé, a friend and now as a business partner.
While the market since she joined GRECO has undoubtedly gone backwards by 20%, Jess has increased her business close to 50%, listing over 104 homes and selling 84 in 2024, ranking her the number 1 female agent and in the top 5 for all of Geelong.
I’m just incredibly proud of her, she inspires me even after my 10 years in the industry, through thick and thin, I just pinch myself everyday she chose Geelong Real Estate Co as her forever home.
