This recent sale is a perfect example. We ran a private sale campaign over the Easter weekend, launching the property on a Wednesday and holding opens Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Just six days later, after a flurry of strong interest and multiple rounds of negotiation, the property sold for $85,000 over the full asking price.

 

The successful buyers were a young family who outbid two would-be developers to secure their new home, a great result all around.
