Appreciation post for our superstar Jess Templeton.
She’ll hate this and my choice of candid photos, but since coming across to Geelong Real Estate Co. Jess has worked her way to the very top of real estate agents in Geelong and surrounds. Currently sitting at #4 for performance, with 62 properties sold and a handful under offer.
Jess is what we in the industry call an attraction agent. She’s been pivotal in us being a destination employer for great talent and it’s no surprise since she started that 3 other great agents have all followed suit. With more to come.
She’s been incredible in helping us grow our rent roll, she has been an incredible source of inspiration for not just the woman in the business but the whole team with her work ethic, self-development, and positive vibes.
