An incredible milestone moment, welcoming Ashlee O’Reilly as the new General Manager of Geelong Real Estate Co.
Since inception in June 2021, I was the face of the Geelong Real Estate Co. I was the main sales agent, the HR, the PR, the accounts team, the social media manager, the cleaner, you name it.
Fast forward 5 years, 2 offices, 850 properties under management, and more than 1,000 properties sold and, most importantly, incredible people in every part of the business.
Geelong Real Estate Co has grown into something so much bigger than any one person, and bringing Ashlee into the business is another huge step in that evolution.
Ashlee will work alongside my incredible leaders, Reece Fidler heading up our Rentals team and Jess Templeton leading Sales, and I genuinely think we have never been better placed for what comes next.
Ashlee’s focus will be continuing the growth we have become accustomed to, but doing it sustainably. Improving the way we operate, challenging our systems and processes, developing our people and making sure we continue to be a business that is innovative, progressive and a genuinely great place to work.
From the grass roots beginnings of 2021 to where the business sits today, welcoming a General Manager is a genuine pinch yourself moment.
Very excited to have you with us, Ashlee.
