1. What is my property worth?

2. Free real estate appraisals in Geelong?
Yes! all of our appraisals are obligation free, they take between 10 minutes to 1 hour depending on how complex the property is and of course how many questions you have.
3. What’s the difference between a good and a bad appraisal?
This is a great question, most of the time, the customer / seller won’t know how accurate the appraisal was on their home until it’s time to sign a contract to sell. Was the agent conservative and reliable like us?, or did they over promise and under deliver like some of our competitors.
4. What should I look out for on our appraisal?
You want to ensure the agent who is giving you the appraisal is using the most accurate sales data available. Meaning no sales over 3 months old, no properties that are further away than 1km radius and no properties that aren’t matching in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms and landsize.
