JUST SOLD | 2/124 West Fyans Street, Newtown
One of those sales that’s a little bit more special. We’ve just settled 2/124 West Fyans Street, Newtown, with the keys now heading to a young couple who have purchased their very first home. Being part of that first step into home ownership is something we never take for granted, and it was great to see the excitement from start to finish.
Newtown continues to be such a popular part of Geelong for first home buyers, particularly with everything so close by, Pakington Street, cafes, shops, schools and the Geelong CBD. A great result for our vendors and, most importantly, a very happy ending for our buyers. Congratulations guys, enjoy your first home!
